Tiltify setup wizard
Back to Admin PanelA Tiltify setup already exists. You’ll be asked to confirm before saved credentials or IDs are replaced.
1. Connect your Tiltify app
Enter the Client ID and Client Secret from your Tiltify app. In Tiltify, sign in to your fundraiser dashboard and open Menu → Developers, then create or open your OAuth application. In some dashboard layouts, the path is My Account → Connected Accounts → Your Applications. Open Application Keys to find the credentials. Tiltify may label these Application ID and Secret Key.

The server stores credentials privately. They are not sent back to this page, and the fields clear after saving.
2. Choose the Tiltify totals
Add the campaign and/or team whose totals should appear on the website. Enter at least one ID. The team goal is managed separately in the main Admin Panel.
Campaign ID: In Tiltify, go to Campaigns, open the correct campaign, then choose Setup → Information. Copy its Public ID; do not use the campaign URL or slug. Tiltify’s Campaigns: Setup guide.
Team ID: Open Menu → Teams and select the team to reach its dashboard. Check the team’s details for its API ID. Tiltify’s public help does not document a consistent place where this ID is displayed; the team profile URL/slug is not the API ID. If the ID is not shown, contact Tiltify Support rather than entering the team URL or a campaign ID. Tiltify’s managed team guide.
3. Register the webhook
After the site is available at its public HTTPS address, copy the callback URL below. In Tiltify, open Menu → Developers → your application (or My Account → Connected Accounts → Your Applications) and look for Webhooks or Webhook subscriptions. Add the callback URL and select the donation/campaign events offered for your setup. A local PC address cannot receive external webhooks.
Tiltify’s public help does not document a consistent webhook menu or event list. If your application has no Webhooks section, check with Tiltify Support for webhook access on your account.
Treat the callback URL like a password. The server uses its random token to accept webhook requests and fetches the latest totals from Tiltify. It does not store donor details.
